The Tantum Trust - Haslemere In 1992 Charity was set up by Carl Tantum. In 2020 we changed to honour our founder, The Tantum Trust.

Bordon shop opened, in 1999 Liphook shop followed by Haslemere in 2011 and in 2016 Grayshott. 2012 it became the Bordon, Liphook and Haslemere Charity. The Tantum Trust raises money through its four charity shops in Bordon, Liphook, Haslemere and Grayshott and distributes the profits to people in need who live in North East Hampshire and South West Surrey. The distribution is made by way of grants

to local individuals who have been referred to the Charity by professionals, and grants to local organisations and charities. As well as making the proceeds available for the local community, the four shops also provide affordable clothes, toys and household items, not to mention the vast array of donations ranging from bizarre collectibles to beautiful antiques. The Charity thus fulfils not one, but two essential roles for the local community.
