𝗙𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 🙌

Chesterfield Borough Council has decided to close Careline on the 1st of August. ⏰ This has meant many of our members have been worried and anxious about the switch. We invited Paul from Derbyshire Light Medical to learn all about the switch over process and their DLM Falls team - Pendant service and use the information to reassure our members 🫂💓

Like ourselves, DLM are a Chesterfield based company covering a similar catchment area as us here at Chesterfield Care Group. By working together we hope to continue keeping the community moving and preventing falls with our social groups and qualified chair based exercises staff... and providing the information about the DLM pendant service if the worst was to happen 🤝 ❤️

𝗙𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹, 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 ⚽🥅

It was fantastic to see so many people come together from across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, with hundreds of attendees enjoying a brilliant afternoon of community and support hosted by the Alzheimer's Society, Erewash Voluntary Action, Active Derbyshire and Derbyshire County FA at Chesterfield FC! 💙🎉

A huge thank you to the talented choir led by Sing Along with Ellie for providing such wonderful entertainment 🎶💙

It was also great to speak with all the attendees from Chesterfield FC Community Trust Senior Spireites and all the groups and people in attendance 🙌🎶
