Keep 'Great Oakley & Little Oakley' Tidy Campaign We're a group of people who really don't like the litter that is contaminating our villages. We hope litter picking them will inspire and empower others.

Keep The Oakley’s Tidy Campaign - Good evening all, just a reminder that tomorrow is Little Oakley’s litter pick, meeting at the recycling point outside LOFC at 10:30am. All kit supplied and volunteers greatly appreciated. Hopefully will see some of you there for the last pick of the year to make ‘Little Oakley’ ready for the festive season 🎄 x

Keep The Oakley’s Tidy Campaign - I just wanted to say a huge ‘Thank You’ to our lovely volunteers today which included some of our local Scout/Cub group. Altogether we collected over 15 bags of litter which is amazing ❤️ Some of the oddities found today included: unused Covid Tests, a blanket, Polystyrene sheets and the normal Red Bull and Monster cans and baby wipes. Only a handful of vapes this time when once we were getting minimum 30 so a marked improvement. Well done volunteers ❤️❤️❤️🥰👍🏻

Keep the Oakley’s Tidy Campaign - I’m not going to lie it was a struggle today with a cold and the winds but we still managed 13 bags of rubbish between us. We had some great finds including a laptop, some pizza, an exhaust, a windscreen wiper, building materials, and lots of redbull cans. Thank you to everyone who took part, again there wasn’t many of us but we certainly have made a difference ❤️🥰❤️🥰❤️🥰❤️

Keep the Oakley’s Tidy Campaign - Well it’s amazing what folk can do when they put their minds to it and with just 5 volunteers in Great Oakley today, we managed 14 bags of litter plus lots of car parts, a tall electric fan, a bucket and lots of ‘Red Bull’ cans. Thank you so much volunteers, you’re all amazing ❤️🥰 ❤️

Keep The Oakley’s Tidy Campaign - Just wanted to say a huge ‘Thank You’ to our lovely volunteers at Little Oakley today. Collectively we managed 17 bags of rubbish plus some interesting bits including: a child’s ride on toy, some parasol’s, some builders waste, lots of postie elastic bands and the normal cans and bottles…oh and a fiver! Keep The Oakley’s Tidy Campaign - Well they say ‘many hands make light work’ and today thanks to lots of volunteers we’ve collected over 28 bags of rubbish and various oddities including a pressure cooker, number plate, various wheel hubs, 4 unopened cans of cola (found in different locations), kids toys and the normal cans and vodka bottles. Less vapes which was good to see. Thank you lovely volunteers for your help today, you really make all the difference, you are amazing ❤️❤️❤️
