We’re looking to hire a Youth and Young Adult Employment Worker.
Salary- 21,832 per annum
Closing date - 16th Oct 2020 @ 12 noon
You have an exciting opportunity to help enable people to change their lives and pursue brighter futures. You will support teenagers and young adults, including care leavers, to prepare for and embark on interesting careers that fit with their aspirations and interests.
We’re conscious that much of today’s employment industry talks about customers, clients and outputs. We talk about relationships, people, aspirations… and how to help people achieve them. We are looking for a special person to join our team that believes in our values, philosophy, is excited about the potential to help people in our community.
First and foremost, you will have great interpersonal skills and be able to build rapport with people from various backgrounds and professions. You will have experience of working with teenagers and/or young adults and ideally some experience of supporting employment initiatives.
