NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of Hartlepool Sea Cadets will be held on Monday 19th October, 19:00 hrs at Middleton House to transact the following business:
AGENDA
1. Apologies for Absence

2. Opening address

3. Minutes of the last AGM for adoption

4. Matters arising from those minutes

5. Unit Chairman’s Report

6. Commanding Officer’s Report

7. Treasurer’s Report and adoption of accounts

8. Election/Re-election of the Unit Management Team (UMT) and any other nominations

9. Any other business

Notes:
• Election of the UMT - Individuals who are seeking election to the UMT must have their nomination proposed and seconded.
• Nominations can only be accepted if they are submitted on the official nomination documentation which can be obtained from J Fox (CO)/T Iles (Chairman).
• Only fully completed forms will be accepted. Should you need help completing forms, please contact the J Fox, CO/T Iles, Chairman.
• Completed nomination forms and any other business items to be sent to Chairman, T Iles by Thursday, 1st October 2026.
All newly elected UMT members will be required to undergo a criminal record disclosure and to sign a Declaration indicating that they know of no reason why they cannot become a charity
trustee (UMT Member).
Family members of Volunteers and Cadets are particularly encouraged to attend this important event. Refreshments will be provided.
