Dear Resident,

We are currently experiencing a problem with the emergency call system on your scheme.

Whilst our engineers (Appello) attempt to fix the problem, in the event of an emergency, please dial 999 and the emergency services will send the appropriate service to assist you.

If you have a fire alarm panel on your scheme, it will continue to sound in the event of a fire, but the fire service will not be automatically alerted. Therefore, in the unlikely event of the fire alarm sounding then please evacuate where possible and call 999.

Whilst the emergency call system is down the door entry system will also not work.

We are working with Appello to get this matter resolved as a matter of urgency and apologise for any inconvenience.
