OUR ETHOS IS TO HELP YOUNG INDIVIDUALS LEARN ABOUT THE INDUSTRY AND HELP THEM TO MAKE CHOOSES WITH IN THIS. ONE OUR MAIN PROJECTS ARE RUN IN SCHOOL WITH A YEAR GROUP OR FORM. THERE ARE MANY ASPECTS USED WITHIN THESE PROJECTS SUCH AS BUSINESS, TECHNICAL, DESIGN, PRODUCING AND MUCH MORE. WE ALSO USE VARIOUS THERAPEUTIC AND COMMUNICATION TECHNIQUES WHICH HELP VULNERABLE PEOPLE AND MUSICIANS WHO HAVE

LEARNING DISABILITIES, PHYSICAL DISABILITIES AND MENTAL HEALTH PERSONAL NEEDS AND SUPPORT. OUR AIM IS GIVING THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPRESS THEIR TALENTS IN THE LOCAL MUSIC COMMUNITY CREATING THEIR INDIVIDUAL MUSICALITY SHOWING THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY GIVING THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO SHINE!
