BRIDGE-ing THE GAP

Attached is an image taken recently at St. George's Bridge Centre. It illustrates perfectly why Bridge is good, whatever your age.

Incredibly, Mary Hall is 94. Sophie is 10, has been playing 2.5 years and is already winning major competitions and trophies. Annabelle is 8 and has been playing since last October.

An amazing 86 year age gap between Mary and Annabelle but they gather around a Bridge table and enjoy their evening. How many games can you name where this would happen?

Challenging. Competitive. A workout for the brain.

The show, due to be hosted by Alan Carr and Countdown’s Susie Dent, is looking for adults from all walks of life who suspect that they might be highly intelligent but have never had that formally recognised.
