Essential Needs Essential Needs is a registered furniture re-use charity. We are open to all. Diverts re-usable goods from landfill and back into use.

It provides quality used furniture, appliances and other household items to those who need it the most, diverts re-usable goods from landfill and provides volunteer placements. Essential Needs is a registered furniture re-use charity and covers the whole of the Harrogate Borough. It was established in 1995 and is the Harrogate Boroughs only community furniture store.
