🏁 THE COUNTDOWN IS ON! 🏁

​We are officially near the starting line for the Pannal Parkrun Takeover on Sunday 7th June, and the excitement is building! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

​Keep an eye out because sponsorship forms have gone out in school bags this week! Whether your child is aiming to run, walk, or skip the 2km course at Valley Gardens, every little bit of sponsorship helps us smash our £6,000 PTA target for new playground equipment and sports workshops. 🎒✨

☀️🏖️ DONATIONS NEEDED FOR PANNAL’S BIG BEACH BASH! 🏖️☀️
​Our biggest event of the summer is just around the corner on Saturday 28th June, and we need your help to make it a massive success! We are officially collecting donations for our stalls and games, and we would be incredibly grateful for any of the following items:
​🍾 1. Bottles
​Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic bottles for our hugely popular Tombola! (Wine, spirits, fancy sodas - anything in a bottle!)
​🫙 2. Jars
​Clean jars and if possible filled with sweets or small party bag toys. These are always a massive hit with the kids!
​🍬 3. Leftover Sweets & Party Bag Fillers
​Have any leftover, unopened sweets or unused party bag items lying around from recent birthdays? We will gladly take them off your hands!
​🧸 4. Teddies (In Good Condition)
​Pre-loved teddies looking for a new home! Please just ensure they are clean and in good, cuddly condition for our teddy tombola.
​📦 How to Drop Off Your Donations:
​At the School Office: You can drop them directly off at the main school office from today right up until the week of the Bash.
​Driveway Collections: We will also have volunteers doing morning drop-off collections in the school driveway! Dates for this will be confirmed very soon, so keep your eyes peeled.

​Get ready to trade your school shoes for flip-flops! The Pannal PTA is bringing the seaside to the school field for the ultimate summer celebration.

​Time: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
​Location: Pannal School Field

​We’re packing the day with beach-themed fun for the whole family:

​Get those trainers ready—Pannal Parkrun is officially BACK and we can’t wait to see the Valley Gardens filled with energy again! Whether they’re running, jogging, walking, or skipping, it’s all about having fun and getting active together.

​WHEN: Sunday 7th June
​TIME: 9:00 AM (All wrapped up by 10:00 AM!)
​WHERE: Valley Gardens, Harrogate 📍

​Every child will receive an exclusive Pannal Parkrun 2026 medal, presented by Mrs. Wolfram and Mrs. Smith! Plus, some well-earned fruit to refuel. 🍉

​We are racing toward a £6,000 PTA target to transform our play spaces!

​Big Gear: A brand-new Adventure Trail and Pole Walk.
​Playground Kits: Skipping ropes, basketball nets, and bean bag toss.
​Experiences: Archery, frisbee, and whole-school skipping workshops.

​Whether your little ones are dance-floor divas or prefer a chilled-out vibe, there is something for everyone!

​We have a fantastic opportunity to boost our school funds this March! If you haven’t signed up to support Pannal PTA via easyfundraising yet, now is the perfect time.
