Who will be coming along to our Cuppa and Connect in June (link to details in comments) to tell us all about their activities and answer your questions

We had such a wonderful time yesterday for our Pony morning at Barnfields Riding Stables and Livery Yard! Community Activity Leaders Laura and Denise were blown away by the venue and the kind, understanding nature of the team at Barnfields!

Did you know, we continue our inclusive after school horse riding lessons on Thursdays? They begin next week, 6th June so plenty of time to reach out to Disability Inclusion Officer, Emily and ask plenty of questions! We have spaces at 5pm and at 6pm.

Please do let Emily know if there are any barriers to attend, and she will be more than happy to help make it work for you and accommodate where she can! You can message directly here, alternatively Emily's email is listed on this page!

Masking at work can be exhausting.

Some neurodivergent workers may hide parts of who they are to fit in or avoid judgement.

If you feel comfortable, speaking to someone you trust at work could help you explore what support might make your working day easier. Support could include adjustments to communication, workload, environment or routines.

Find out more about neurodiversity at work.
