🌿 A Message to Our Community 🌿

We’re saddened to share that our village hall has recently experienced several incidents of anti-social behaviour. A memorial bench outside of the cafe has been destroyed, plant pots ruined, dug-outs smashed and climbing all over our newly fixed roof and breaking cameras- to name a few incidents.

Our small team, proprietors and volunteers put a lot of time and care into making the hall and grounds a welcoming and pleasant space for everyone to enjoy. It’s incredibly disheartening to see these efforts repeatedly spoiled.

Every incident has been reported to the police, along with cctv evidence and we’ll be working with them to help prevent any further anti-social behaviour and identify the culprits.

We’d also encourage anyone who witnesses suspicious behaviour around the hall to report it. Let’s work together to protect it and take pride in our shared spaces and nice things! 💚
