Key Point for G1 land South of Hardwicke: Upgrade to M5 Juction 12 is required for the new build at Hardwicke. National Highways modelling apparently now confirms no upgrade is required to J12 until 2031, to enable delivery of 13,227 homes. Beyond that, a J12 a upgrade is required. Developments G1 South of Hardwicke, G2 Land at Whaddon, and PS30 Hunts Grove Extension are not included in the 13,227 homes.

Does this mean they won't be building at Hardwicke until 2031?? I believe so!
