- HIGH SCHOOL SERVICES : such as termly interventions from 1-3 days a week based inside

a local high school for maximum impact delivering targeted interventions.

-MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKING :( national & local ) inspirational talks by our award winning CEO :Dawn Reynolds Deaville

- EDUCATION : topic based assemblies , PHSE workshops & roadshows in schools , colleges & youth establishments / events supporting SEMH & SEND .

-VIP ‘one off ‘ practical acts of kindness to tackle poverty & disadvantage - infusing value in young people .

-DESIGN YOUR FUTURE EMPLOYABILITY COURSE & WORK:IT work readiness / volunteering experience for young people & young adults aged 14- 24 yrs ( course delivered in schools & establishments ) & practical skills ruff & RUBYROOMZ potteries centre , Hanley .

-The RUFF & RUBYROOMS CHARITY SHOP & COMMUNITY HUB based Potteries centre (next to Scotts) offering volunteering & employability experience ,retail [clothing , accessories & footwear ], community cafe , 0-7 children’s stay & play area, youth area , bike shop , art & make area & SOUND ADVICE Music studio along with retail campaigns supporting mental health in young people .

WOW what an amazing time we had today helping KIX FC celebrate their 1st birthday 🎉🎉🎉

Our Antidote⁩ hip hop crew ( anti_doteofficial) performed some on beat tracks , while part of wider team chatted about our work we do across the city with young people 🔥

It was lovely to see families joining in singing & dancing.... 💃

At our charity and through the SOTYouthCollective we are committed to creating opportunities that empower young people to thrive, lead, and shape their future 👊✨

At RUFF & RUBY, we run a paid youth employment programme called “Design Your Future” for young people aged 16–18 involved in youth work. This experience equips young people to impact their generation through:

🎥 Social Media
🎬 Multimedia
🎤 Workshop Delivery
🎵 Music
👕 Fashion Campaigns

We believe young people are full of creativity, purpose, and potential — and we want to help unlock it 🔥

Through the SOT Youth Collective Youth Employment Working Group, we’re also developing exciting new projects focused on START-UP BUSINESSES 🚀💼

One thing we especially love is supporting young entrepreneurs with access to local business mentoring, encouragement, and opportunities to grow their ideas into reality 🙌

This incredible young lady at 16 has taken that step and launched her own business 👏🤩 We’d love to show her some support, so if you can:

“FROM THE BLOCK TO THE BOOTH” 🔥

As a charity, we’re proud to have an incredible creative team working with young people across the city.

🎧 Antidote are a collective of established artists, musicians & creatives delivering inspiring sessions in schools, events, APs, and community projects — helping young people unlock their potential through music and creativity.

As part of our SOUND ADVICE project, they deliver FREE weekly music sessions for young people aged 11–24, using music as:

✨ A form of self-expression
🧠 Support for positive mental health
🎯 A diversionary activity
🙌 Dynamic youth engagement

Whether it’s:
🎵 Writing & recording tracks
🎹 Beat making & music production
🎤 Singing, rap & composition

…our team of musicians, rappers & creatives are on site to train, support & mentor young people every step of the way.

We also offer PAID trainee opportunities through our DESIGN YOUR FUTURE young artist development programme for ages 16–18. 🌟

Around 80 young people gathered at St Johns Welcome Centre abbey Hulton for an unforgettable evening of fun, JD bags !!! , inspiration, connection, and community 🔥🔥🔥

We were blessed with an incredible performance from artist VONTE GRACE, supported by Antidote , MIA & team from cheshire delivering beautiful faith influenced music 🎵 and a fantastic, engaging chat from Mikky Baker of a youth charity in Manchester called The Message Trust
