Lovely too see some familiar faces at last nights Hamble Parish Council Annual Community Awards

Great that Georgina Hand won an award for her contribution to HGN over the past 8 years as she has recently stood down as the Chair.

During this time her dedication, leadership and compassion have been nothing short of transformational. She began volunteering at a particularly challenging period for HGN, when the organisation was struggling to function due to illness within the team and a severe shortage of volunteers. The good news is that she will remain a driver so you will still see her

Join us at Hamble Primary School on Wednesday 6 May as we celebrate the brilliant people, groups and organisations who make our community such a special place.

Don’t miss the local showcase, get down from 5pm to meet community groups and organisations before the awards begin.

Last week we took a number of our lovely clients to the Cedar Rooms at Royal Victoria Park for lunch, it was our first visit out this year but it was very well received by the clients
