Meet Ambassador, Julia Lee MBE - Julie is well known in the Rugby world and is a member of the Rugby League Roll of Honour – she was the first woman referee in the men’s game in the UK and Australia, reaching international honours for both.

Julia is the owner of Common Sense Initiative working with individuals and teams to unlock potential, challenge limiting beliefs, and transform “I can’t” into “I can.” Using tools such as NLP, hypnotherapy, and open dialogue, CSI supports people in recognising their strengths and achieving meaningful breakthroughs.

Exam season is upon us and we continue to support our young women to feel as confident as possible as they deal with exam related stress and anxiety. We have shared numerous⭐ strategies that we hope will give our service users a little reminder that despite the worry, they are awesome
