Calderdale Carers- Young Adult Carers Service The young adult carers service supports carers aged 18-25 throughout Calderdale. If this is you then the carers project can help.

Calderdale Carers Project supports any carers within Calderdale over the age of 18. A Carer is someone who is looking after a relative, spouse, civil partner, friend or neighbour who cannot manage without help because of sickness, age or disability. We offer a range of support for young adult carers including home visits, support groups, activities, back up plans and much much more!
