Arch-Way Project is a charity set up for the purpose of increasing the health and well being of local communities especially those who have mental health issues. This includes those on the autistic spectrum, disaffected young people, adults with profound mental health issues and the elderly who are at risk from or are living with dementia. We use music, art, exercise and therapeutic beauty as vehi

cles to engage with these vulnerable people, teach new skills, build confidence and self-esteem and help people manage their mental health more effectively. We concentrate on empowering people who feel disaffected or live on the fringes of society, many of our service users feel marginalised and we work with them building confidence in order that they may feel more able to re-connect with society. We also provide entertainment for the local communities using local musicians and artists. The Arch-Way project is a community led organisation, our trustees are made up of members of the local communities.

♡♡♡♡♡Hey, we are still operating. We have noticed an increase in footfall in the past couple of weeks, and some people have informed us that they were told we were closed. We are not. We are still here, fighting for this VITAL community project. Pop along for a brew and chat with some really lovely people from the community ♡

We are still providing a lovely space for you to use. The colder weather is on it's way and we a determined to provide a warm space for our community in the coming months.

Last week we had a real team effort in making our lovely project run smoothly. Everyone pulling together making it a fantastic day for our community.

We had Daniel do the quiz

We want to take the time to thank and show our appreciation to Community Foundation for Calderdale. This amazing organisation have awarded us 2 grants this year, without these grants we would not be here! It's places like this that help charities support members of the community. We are so very thankful for every grant we receive. We are thankful to your team, who do take the time to email us and tell us of potential grant opportunities. Thank you for all your help and advice! We really can't thank you enough! We can continue our vital work in the community and keep pushing for sustainability.
