🎁❤️ RAFFLE PRIZE DONATIONS NEEDED! ❤️🎁

With less than two weeks to go until The Tobias Crowther Foundation Annual Ball, we’re busy putting the finishing touches to what promises to be another fantastic evening!

We’re reaching out to our wonderful supporters and local businesses to ask if anyone would be willing to donate a prize for our fundraising raffle.

We’re looking for all sorts of lovely prizes, and gift vouchers, experiences, beauty products, hampers or anything else you think would make a great prize would be hugely appreciated!

🎟️ We’re doing our raffle a little differently this year, so we’re keeping a few surprises up our sleeves!

Because of this, we kindly ask that all raffle donations are received by Saturday 31st October, as we’ll need to prepare everything in advance.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept raffle prizes on the night this year.

If you’re able to help, please drop us a message so we can arrange delivery or collection.

Every donation, big or small, helps us raise more money for worthwhile causes and continue making a difference in Toby’s memory.

It’s nearly time! 🥂✨

With just two weeks to go until our Annual Ball, here are a few important details to help everyone plan their evening.

📅 Saturday 7th November 2026
📍 The Venue, Bowers Mill, Barkisland

🕖 TIMINGS FOR THE EVENING

🥂 6.30pm – Doors open
🪑 6.50pm – Please be seated
🎤 7.00pm – Welcome speech, followed by dinner
🎲 Fundraising games, raffle and auction throughout the evening
🎷 Approximately 9.30pm – Live entertainment with sax, bongos and DJ
💃 Dancing and celebrations into the night!
🍸 12.30am – Last orders at the bar
🎶 1.00am – Music finishes

🍾 PRE-ORDER YOUR DRINKS

As everyone will be arriving at a similar time, we’d strongly recommend pre-ordering your drinks so they’re ready for your table when you arrive.

This will help us get everyone seated promptly and keep the evening running smoothly.

Please complete the drinks pre-order form and return it to the venue by Sunday 1st November.

💷 PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING CASH!

We’ll have plenty of opportunities to get involved in our fundraising throughout the evening, so please make sure you bring some cash with you!

❤️ HEADS & TAILS – £10 PER PERSON

During the starter course, we’ll be collecting £10 per person, which includes:

🎉 Entry into our Heads & Tails game, with a £250 cash prize up for grabs!

🎟️ Your first raffle ticket/box

There will be an envelope on each table for everyone to pop their £10 into, which our team will collect during the starters.

🎰 CASINO FUN – BLACKJACK & ROULETTE!

We’re bringing a little casino glamour to the evening with both Blackjack and Roulette tables!

There’ll be prizes for our winners and runners-up, along with the chance to take part in our first and last roulette spins and first and last blackjack card draws.

These are always great fun and another opportunity to raise money for the Foundation, so please bring cash if you’d like to get involved!

🎟️ RAFFLE & AUCTION

We’ll also have our raffle and auction, with some fantastic prizes and lots of opportunities to support the Foundation throughout the night.

🚕 PLEASE PRE-BOOK YOUR TAXIS!

Mobile phone signal isn’t great at Bowers Mill, so we’d strongly recommend arranging your return taxi in advance rather than trying to book one on the night.

🍸 Last orders – 12.30am
🎶 Music finishes – 1.00am

We’d suggest booking your taxi for around 1.15am, giving you time to enjoy the whole evening before heading home.

❤️ AND FINALLY…

Most importantly, come ready for a fantastic evening filled with laughter, dancing, wonderful memories and, hopefully, lots of money raised for some amazing causes in Toby’s memory.
