This is a part-time role with hours to be worked flexibly across the year, but with a focused period to include producing our spring touring production.

📆 Fixed term, September 2026 - June 2027 (there will be an opportunity for review and a permanent position)
💰 £40,000 pro rata (PAYE, includes NI & 8% pension contribution)
📍 Hybrid with minimum one day per month in Halifax

Mural Artist opportunity for Leeds City Museum 🎨🖼️🖌️

📢 Mural Artist Call-Out

We’re looking for an artist to create a large-scale mural depicting ten objects donated to the museum collection through community collecting.

The mural will celebrate 25 years of community partnerships with Leeds Museums & Galleries, as part of our upcoming exhibition. It will depict the personalities behind the objects, and reflect the diversity of the people of Leeds.

The mural can be illustrative, graphic, abstract or be created from a range of mediums. The design can include the objects themselves or demonstrate how they were used and are represented – it’s up to the artist!
