Carers Count Calderdale Carers Count Calderdale (formerly Carers Wellbeing Service Calderdale) provide unpaid carers 18 and over with an extensive range of support.

👉 Reminder: this month's Mental Health Support Group is happening on Thursday, and we have a new location: the King's Centre Cafe in Halifax, HX1 2TS 📍

Join the group to find support, share experiences, and connect with others who care for a friend, relative or partner with mental ill-health.

We also have a Benefits Information Session this morning, along with our Sukoon Group (for female carers from the South Asian community) and Todmorden Peer Support Group on Thursday. Call us on 01422 369101 to book your spot at any of our groups!

Welcome back after yesterday's bank holiday!

Join us tomorrow for our Halifax Peer Support Group, get active with our Chalte Chalte walking group (for female carers) on Thursday, or close out the week with our Next Steps Support Group for carers whose loved one now lives in a care home.

👉 Please note there will be no Mental Health Group this Thursday - instead, this will be taking place next week on the 10th September.

✨ We have an exciting activity coming up next month! Carers Count will be joined by Colouricity for a fantastic workshop - we'll be looking at how colour can affect us mentally and physically, and how we can use colour in our day-to-day lives to support our wellbeing.
