📢 A little reminder from Andys Man Club Leeds Bramley and Andys Man Club Leeds in general

Just a reminder that we will NOT be open this Monday due to the Bank Holiday.

We know that for some people, having that regular Monday night check-in can be really important. So, if you’re a member, supporter, or simply someone who cares about mental health, please take a moment to check in with the people you know who might be struggling. 💙

A simple message, a phone call, or asking someone how they’re really doing can make more difference than you realise.

Let’s continue to look out for each other, not just on a Monday, but every day.

It’s okay to talk. It’s okay not to be okay. And it’s okay to ask for help.

A Place to Talk. A Place to Be Yourself. 💙

We’re proud to host our Monday night ANDYSMANCLUB sessions here at our local community centre — a place that really represents what community is all about.

We love the artwork on the walls too. 🌈🎨 It’s full of messages about kindness, inclusion, equality, acceptance and bringing people together — values that fit perfectly with what we’re all about at ANDYSMANCLUB.

Every Monday, men from all walks of life come through these doors. There’s no judgement, no pressure and no need to have the right words. Just a safe space to have a brew, have a chat and listen to others.

If you’ve been thinking about coming along but haven’t quite made that first step, why not make this Monday the one?

You don’t have to know anyone.
You don’t have to talk if you don’t want to.
You don’t have to have everything figured out.

Just turn up. That first step is the hardest — and you don’t have to take it alone. 💙

It’s hard to put into words just how much Andys Man Club Leeds Bramley (Andys Man Club Leeds) has done for me.

The support, the understanding, and the reminder that it’s okay to talk have helped me through some difficult times. The lads I’ve met along the way have become a huge part of my journey, and I’ll always be grateful for that.

I’m proud to say I’m in a position where I can start giving something back to a charity that’s given me so much.

This special edition T-shirt means more than just a new bit of kit to wear. It represents hope, support, and the conversations that save lives. I’ll wear it with pride, knowing I’m helping raise awareness and supporting an incredible cause.

To everyone who’s supported me on my journey—thank you. And to anyone who might be struggling right now, please remember: It’s okay to talk. 💚

At Andy’s Man Club, you’ll find a room full of men from all walks of life. Some come to talk. Some come to listen. Some just need to know they’re not alone.
