Artbox is a community interest company set up to encourage the arts in the Waveney Valley area of Suffolk.

We are especially interested in the benefits of the arts to mental health and general well-being.

Here's a lovely picture of Robin in his eponymous Bingham Corner showing some of his fabulous paintings - there are hundreds more in his portfolio; Robin is a very prolific artist! What should also be posted here are photos of last weekend's Open Studio at The House on The Hill in Chediston. However, we were so busy chatting to visitors and selling the Artboxers' work that I quite forgot... Anyway, we had a wonderful time and are looking forward to being open again next Saturday and Sunday 28 and 29 June between 11am and 5pm. Do come up and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, sit beside the moat and watch the dragonflies and ducklings, feed the fish and quite possibly force yourself to eat cake. We're looking forward to seeing you.

Into May with Robin’s superlative ‘California Zepher’ crossing a lonely American highway. May birthdays abound: cheers to Flora, Ellie, Eddie, Alison, Helen and Steve. Next month we are taking part in Suffolk Open Studios, a first for us and something we are very much looking forward to. Everyone is welcome to visit us on the weekends of 14/15 and 28/29 June between 11am and 5pm. Refreshments will obviously be available!
Apologies for this late posting but Helen and Steve visited family in N. Ireland. Here’s just one delectable beach we visited in Donegal. And the weather was fantastic!
