Well what a great couple of days we have had! Yesterday we spent fundraising for Friends of the Leasowes with a great social with samosas courtesy of the legend Sukh Singh 🙏 & fantastic cakes & refreshments. Not many photos I’m afraid as I was “in the moment” but we raised £312.20! So pleased that as a collective we did good! 🙏 Then today 19 of us did a beautiful ‘Walk & Talk The Leasowes’ it really was a great day to walk in our heritage site on our doorstep ❤️ Dudley Outdoor Active 😀

Rain this morning did not stop our weekly Walk & Talk session even if I did have to wear a silly hat 🤣. We dried out in the warm of Carters Lane Baptist Church afterwards with a lovely hot chocolate and there might have been a few biscuits 😜great insights from our group members during our peer to peer support time 🙏 All set up for a positive week 👍✅ Dudley Outdoor Active 😀
