We understand that everything doesn't always get easier with time.

For anyone who could do with a chat, we have a lovely little group that meets the last Wednesday of the month for hot drinks and heartfelt conversation.

Join us this morning at 11 for our support group. There will be another opportunity to make hearts for the memory garden and we've got another little activity that will hopefully be a way to really release some of our tensions 🫶

Wow! How stunning is our little garden looking! It was lovely to spend time with you all yesterday morning chatting whilst making and adding the hearts to our garden. Next step is some stones and some more lights!

It has been quite therapeutic making a start on these little plaques ahead of our meeting this month. Sometimes it really helps to just get lost in something creative for a while...

This month we will be adding ribbons and our loved ones names to these plaques using pyrography for our memory garden. We are enjoying creating a beautiful space where we as a group can reflect on and express our grief.

If you think this group might be able to help you through your grief please join us on 31st July 11am. There is plenty of tea and plaques to go around.
