We are straight up thrilled to welcome back ‘I Luv Pebbles’ to our 'Midsummer' market on Saturday 27th June.

‘I Luv Pebbles’, based in Wordsley, will be at our market with their amazing art on pebbles…

''We are a Mother and daughter business based at the Redhouse Glass Cone Stourbridge. We design Pebble art and sea glass in picture form and painted sea pebbles all had painted, some Decoupage to compliment the design too.’ Maxine from I Luv Pebbles.

The Rushock Flower Farmer, based in Droitwich, will be at our market with their superb flowers…

''We grow sustainable British flowers on my smallholding in Rushock, near Droitwich. We grow seasonal flowers in an environmentally friendly way using minimal packaging. We sell our flowers with local businesses and retailers alongside markets, subscription flowers and buckets of flowers for weddings and funerals. We are proud to welcome back Auntie’s Sauces to our 'Midsummer' market on Saturday 27th June.

Auntie’s Sauces, based in Coventry, will be at our market with their amazing sauces, pickles and indian street snacks…

''We sell a range of sauces, pickles and Indian street snacks including our famous Indian crisps, range of samosas (including apple crumble!! - try it before you judge) and bhajis. --- It was 1960 when Mrs Pannum picked up her suitcase, her 4 children and had perfected her backcombed bun once more, that she made the journey from Delhi to…Coventry. Once there, Mrs Pannum and her family set up a chain of successful contemporary Indian restaurants throughout the UK. The restaurants were frequented by celebrities, students, regular folk and Heads of State; but they all had one thing in common, everyone called her ‘Auntie’. Her knowledge of flavour and mindful cooking went straight to the heart of every recipe and everyone who ate her flavourful, comforting food. After retiring, people still asked for many of the recipes and of course, the sauces and pickles that went with them. Due to popular demand, a love of feeding people and never one to shy away from a challenge, Auntie has come out of retirement to cook again – this time, for everyone. We are a friendly community market, showcasing local independent artists, craft makers, bakers, growers and more.

Our market is run by volunteers and all the money raised go towards the ongoing repair and maintenance of Hagley Community Centre.

Held on the last Saturday of every month, except December this year when our market will be on the 13th December.

We encourage sustainable actions and ask all our Traders not to use plastic packaging, we offer 10p off hot drinks for customers bringing their own cups and we love to see visitors arriving on foot or by train!

You really do have to come to experience how welcoming this market is! When you’ve finished having a browse, treat yourself to tea and cake from the lovely Hagley WI Cafe.

Our first market ever was in March 2023 and since then it’s been held every month. We have 20+ independent Traders every month and over 400 visitors at every market. Some Traders are new local businesses setting up and we love to help them grow, as well as established businesses. We have had many who’s first ever market is with us.

At the heart of our market is a vibrant community of passionate, independent traders showcasing the very best in local produce and unique crafts. Food lovers can indulge in everything from artisanal olive oils, freshly baked bread, and a mouthwatering selection of savory pies, quiches, to sweet treats. If you are looking for something special, our talented crafters offer gorgeous handmade textiles, stunning watercolor and pebble art, bespoke woodwork, and natural dog treats for your four-legged friends. We are also thrilled to welcome some fantastic new traders to the lineup this month, including The Pudding Shop with delicious desserts, Pebble Art by Jo, and beautiful original pieces from Charlotte Owen Watercolours. Come along, support local, and enjoy the live guitar music while you browse!
