🌿 Currants are Ready to Pick at Hadfield Community Garden! 🌿

We currently have lots of delicious black and red currants available for everyone to enjoy at Hadfield Community Garden.

📍 You'll find us on Chaple way just off Hadfield road the path leading down to Mersrey Bank.

Whether you're making homemade jam, baking, adding them to smoothies or simply enjoying them fresh, now is the perfect time to pick some.

💚 We're always looking for volunteers!

Look at this abundance! 🌱🍇🍓🥔 Our community garden is alive with fruit, vegetables, pollinators and wildlife. From thriving grapevines and berry bushes to potatoes, kale, Swiss chard and a bustling bug hotel, it's a wonderful example of what a community can grow together. It’s been a lovely couple of weeks in the garden to start off the season 🌱🌼

A big thank you to our wonderful gardening volunteers, Paul and David, for your time and hard work – we really appreciate you!
