A number of us men are doing the Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge.

Date: Saturday 12th September

The route is 24 miles (38.6km) long and involves 5000 ft (1600 metres) of vertical ascent.
Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough in the Yorkshire Dales.

The need is real. Across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, su***de is three times more common among men than among women, and it's the single biggest killer of men under 45. Around 75% of all su***des in the UK are male.

Please can you help us reach men before they reach for su***de?

Excellent night last night as we watched Path Way to Unbroken Redemption absolutely fantastic movie.

So good to see the ladies involved and with us too. Certainly an amazing movie, based on true story.

Yum yum fish & chips. Fellowship, fun, friendships formed and relationships strengthened.

Certainly no trace of any Fish or chips left over 😜😜

Shoutout to Guiseley Factory Workers Club for allowing us to use the club on a weekly basis.
