Lovely feedback and photos from our recent Action Stations day πŸ₯°

"Thank you very much for our day in Sayers Croft. My boys really loved it. What was really special to us was that my autistic son and his non-autistic brother were able to join in activities together. They've both said they'd love to go again!"

This Mental Health First Aid Training is happening at Sayers Croft

Do you support men's mental health and wellbeing across Surrey and Sussex?

Would you know how to spot the signs if someone was struggling with their mental health?

We're now taking bookings for our next Adult Mental Health First Aid (MHFA England) course on 1st & 8th October 2026.

Over two days, you'll learn how to recognise the signs of poor mental health, start supportive conversations and help people access the right support. It's practical, interactive training that can make a real difference in your workplace, organisation or community.

Thanks to funding from Surrey County Council, we're able to offer places for just Β£50 per person (normally Β£325) to organisations and individuals supporting men's wellbeing across Surrey and Sussex.

πŸ“… 1 & 8 October 2026

Every booking also supports Air Time CIC's wider work delivering counselling, nature-based wellbeing programmes and community projects.

Places are limited, so if you'd like to join us, we'd love to hear from you.
