The Matrix Trust is a Christian charity committed to supporting young people in the local
community. Our mission is to nurture, inspire, connect, and empower the children and young people we serve. In both secondary and primary schools, we offer mentoring support programmes through one-on-one sessions, workshops, assemblies and social activities. In the community, we provide Youth Clubs and safe s

paces, workshops and targeted projects designed to help young people connect with their peers and learn new skills. Additionally, we offer traineeships and work experience programmes to equip those
who have faced educational challenges with the necessary skills to pursue employment. By partnering with young people, local organisations, churches and the community we help young people make the most of their lives, enabling them to become active citizens in their communities.

Our very own Paul Sharpe spoke to That's TV Surrey recently to discuss the theme of this year's - 'Different Contexts, Common Aspirations'.
At Matrix we work hard to reduce the impact of context on young people's future prospects, for example by helping those without connections to access work experience opportunities, and by providing free 1:1 support sessions to help young people get through challenging situations and stay on track in school.

- Inside/Outside Summer Games - Thursday 13th August 10am, Allen House Pavilion, Eastgate Gardens, Guildford, GU1 4AZ
