Last week, we had a wonderful time at Loxwood Bridge 🃏

Our supported adults got the chance to get some valuable work experience by being servers for the day. The event raised over £3,800 in support of halow.

Huge thank you to Vivien and the Loxwood Bridge club for such a wonderful event.

We cannot wait for next year ♥️♠️♦️♣️

As part of supported living, FA is developing the everyday skills that help make greater independence possible. Shopping involves much more than choosing what to buy. It brings together planning, budgeting, managing money, making healthy choices and preparing meals 🥕🍳

These everyday experiences provide valuable opportunities to practise practical skills and become more confident in managing a household.

Building Destinations takes on Silverstone 🏁

This month, our Building Destinations group had an incredible opportunity to visit Silverstone for a Fun Cup Endurance practice session as part of their employability training.

They headed into the pits to meet Eddie Farrow from EDF Motorsport and George Grant from who shared their experiences and spoke about the importance of teamwork, communication and resilience in a race team.

They even had the chance to get inside one of the race cars, learn about its features, and later watch the action from the grandstand🏎️💨

What a fantastic start to our brand-new Building Destinations programme! 💚 A huge thank you to Eddie, George and the race team for making the day so useful.

Supported living got some much needed fresh air by taking a hike on the Cranleigh railways line walk, with Ollie leading the way!

Last week, at halow groups took part in some filming for our exciting new promotional video.

The groups had a jam-packed day. From willow weaving with Hedges & Hurdles , tending the award-winning Birtley Kitchen garden and some very competitive games of football and cricket ⚽🏏

Huge thank you to Birtley house for supporting us through the filming process and Lorraine for delivering a fantastic willow workshop. We are really looking forward to sharing the final product with you all 💜

A HUGE thank you to who took on the London Tough Mudder at the weekend!

Representing , , and Shamrock Group, the team absolutely smashed the course.

Collectively, they've raised over £2,000, excluding Gift Aid! 🎉👏
