October's Surrey Federation of Women's Institutes climate challenge is donate a bra!

Bring your bra into SFWI HQ to be recycled - or collect bras in your WI and ask a member to drop them off. Another bonus - the more we collect, the more money raised for Surrey Fed.

"Our WI August outing was to Romney Marsh and Rye with a wonderful fish and chip lunch at the famous Pilot Inn near Dungeness. The whole tour was organised by City & Village tours. We picked up Blue Badge guide Liz in Ashford who proceeded to give a very informative tour to Romney Marsh, Dungeness then Rye. On the marsh we saw one of the rare churches whose bell tower is built to the side due to weight as otherwise the church would sink into the Marsh.,All agreed it was a fabulous tour and highly recommended."

🪘Loving this from Warlingham Evening WI who had a rather loud but fun evening at our last meeting with The North Down Drummers, a local community drumming group.
