The lovely Cerys Hambly and her fabulous friend Lottie are running the London 10K to raise valuable funds for the Samson Centre.
As the daughter of our founder John Hambly, Cerys, her mum Marion Hambly and her sisters have tirelessly fundraised to support the Centre.

The Samson Centre is thrilled to be hosting its annual Fashion Show at Guildford Golf Club on Friday 26th June.
The Colours Fundraising Fashion Shows pop-up fashion show starts with a fun catwalk with clothing from leading high street brands. At the end of the show there is the opportunity to purchase the designs in a range of sizes (6-22) to suit all ages.
Previous shows have included items from M&S, Oasis, Wallis, Next and River Island to name a few.
Items can be tried on in the changing rooms prior to purchase, and this makes for a really fun night out with the girls.
The bar will be open for the duration, and there's plenty of opportunity to catch up with your friends whilst you enjoy a bit of retail therapy.
At items up to 70% off their rrp, this is a great opportunity to refresh your wardrobe and help support the Samson Centre for MS

The weather may not of been the kindest but the supporters were amazing and generous raising over 23k for MS causes

It was an absolute honour to be invited to New Zealand Golf Club for their annual Charity Event.
We joined the MS Society for a wonderful day of hospitality and were blown away by the support and generosity of the attendees.
Trevor Gregg and his lovely wife organised a brilliant day and we were thrilled to be a part of it.
A huge shoutout to the team from West End Garage Kia who sponsored the event.
