Food is one of the simplest sources of pleasure we have. Yet many of us have learned to rush it, question it, or hold back from fully experiencing it β often with a quiet sense of guilt around enjoying it. Over time, pleasure becomes something we manage, rather than something we trust.

Karolina Buchling β nutritionist, eating-psychology coach and co-founder of JuthanChocolate β is joining us at the Guildford Coffee & Culture Festival on Sunday 7th June for an hour of gentle exploration around food, pleasure, and what it means to truly enjoy what we eat.
Using coffee and chocolate as our starting point, this session explores how attention, environment, and expectation shape the way we experience pleasure.
You'll leave with a few simple, practical ideas to carry into everyday life. The kind that actually stick.
