Once a month, normally on the last Saturday morning, our wonderful walk leaders offer free 2-hr guided walks followed by lunch at a great pub somewhere in the beautiful countryside around Guildford.
On Saturday, Andy walked us around Hascombe Hill, to see beautiful views, sunken (muddy!😃) footpaths, turkeytail fungi, some mysterious standing stones, and white deer!
Our lunch afterwards in Hascombe was delicious!

Come rain or sunshine, sometimes ❄️ sometimes a bit of wind, we keep on walking!
Some pictures of our beautiful group walks: Stoke Park (daffs, snowdrops and early crocuses are out!), Worplesdon, Shere, Whitmoor Common, Shalford, and the Sheepleas, West Horsley.
Walking and talking, making new friends, good laughter, a cuppa after the walk... what's not to like?
Come and join us as a volunteer. We need more walk leaders to help our health walks happen. We currently have 182 walkers! You'll find they're a whole lotta fun 😁

Will you try this breathing exercise?

The right breathing techniques could completely transform your life, and even just 1 minute a day will start to make a big difference in your life.

Breath work helps calm the emotional turbulence we feel inside us. It helps us become more resilient to stress and tune into our inner thoughts and emotions.

I outline four breathing practices in my FREE breathing guide, which you can save here: https://drchatterjee.com/free-breathing-guide-pdf/

Is there a specific time of day you like to practice breathwork? Or do you fit it in whenever you need it? I'd love to know
