Important Information for Wood Street Village Horticultural Show on Saturday 19th July 2025.

Entry forms may be handed in at the gazebo on the green, Wood Street Village.
ENTRIES WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY 16th JULY between 3.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.
Membership Fees: Household membership £5.00 p.a.
Show Entry Fees:-
Adults: £2.00 flat fee for as many classes as you wish
Children: £1.00 flat fee for as many classes as you wish
Please note:
• Only one entry form allowed per family.
• All adults wishing to exhibit in this year's show must be paid-up members of the society. It is therefore requested that when handing in their forms at the gazebo on the green, exhibitors bring their membership card with them. If anyone missed renewing his or her membership then this can be arranged on the Wednesday evening at the gazebo.
• There is nothing to prevent children under 18 from entering any of the adult classes, but do ensure that their age is put on both sides of their card.
• Children do not have to be members of the society to enter the show.
