Me and Ned will be heading along to the quiz night on Thursday. We would love to see some familiar faces come along and there are many prizes up for grabs ✨💛

This very handsome chap is Blade.

Blade is a long term resident at Grinshill Animal Rescue, having been abandoned by his owners. He has been there since 2017 as he is both animal and people aggressive. He has a handful or less of people he trusts and loves but anyone else he'd just rather eat them.

Sadly, Blade's body is failing him and he will soon be crossing the bridge. Everyone at Grinshill, but especially Kate, is going to be heartbroken and I hope that the photos I took today can give them something to look back on when the grief is not so raw.

Rescue is not easy.

We have 4 beautiful kittens ready for their new homes
We would like to rehome in pairs
We have two ginger boys, 1 black female and 1 tabby female.
They are 10 weeks old, they have had their first vaccination.
Adoption fee and home check applies.
Included in your adoption fee with be the neutering of the kittens when they are old enough, you will need to keep the kittens inside until they are neutered
We do not rehome to busy roads or near railway tracks.

Our gorgeous bundle of fun Humphrey is finally ready for his forever home.
Humphrey was saved from being put to sleep after being picked up as a stray. We have no history. We think he is around 4 years old frenchie mix.
When he first came to us he had a nasty wound
to his face, this has all healed and we have had him neutered.
Humphrey is a super friendly and excitable cuddle monster but can get stressed easily so adult home only.
I am not sure what has gone on in his past but he hates the car and gets very stressed. I am hoping with time and patience this will improve.
He has not been cat tested, he would benefit from dog socialising .

This handsome chap is Bailey who is 8 years old. He is very affectionate and loves a fuss but will tell you when he had enough. Bailey would like to be the only cat. He loves the outside to explore and hunt but comes home for his home comforts. We are looking for a quiet home where Bailey can settle and enjoy his life.

Please help me in thanking our wonderful supporters and friends Lauren and her amazing staff at the Wheatsheaf pub Frankwell. They organised and put on an amazing event called Beers, Bands and Barks last Sunday. Also a massive thank you to all our singers who were amazing Alfie Rowson, Rob Beech, Jase Goddard, Fletch, Russ and Ego Friendly . Every year we are always blown away by peoples generosity , thank you to everyone who came out to support, to those that brought ticket and those who donated prizes. Big shout out to Claire Louise who was an absolute legend at selling raffle tickets . This year we raised a whopping £1922.17. Thank you to everyone who made this night such a success.
