Fancy helping out?

In my 11 years at Cleethorpes parkrun, it's never happened yet but with only 2 sleeps to go, at lunchtime today we were struggling to get enough volunteers to put on an event this Saturday 🥺
We've covered most of the critical roles now, but you can see the whole roster here with plenty of spaces available
https://www.parkrun.org.uk/cleethorpes/futureroster/
Please get in touch as soon as you can if you're available to help, or maybe even give one of your non-Facebook buddies a friendly nudge to see whether they are free?
Thanks as always ~ Sean

I'm not here to sit on the fence, so let me be completely clear about where I stand. I publicly support the Save Europe Act. Nearly 600,000 people across Europe put their names to it in a matter of weeks, calling for a pause on mass immigration and a proper, organised return policy, and Brussels responded by refusing to even register it. When half a million citizens use the official democratic process and get shut out, that tells you everything about who these institutions really serve.

Britain may be outside the EU, but the same questions are on our doorstep and our politicians are just as unwilling to answer them. I believe every nation has the right to decide who comes in, who stays, and what its future looks like, and that ordinary people deserve a say in that rather than being lectured for asking. I've spent years holding councils and government to account, and this is no different. Speaking up costs something, staying silent costs more.
