I hope you are all enjoying the half-term break. One more week to go before our gentle hatha yoga classes resume, where our focus will be on the transition from Autumn to Winter. Looking forward to seeing everyone back on their mats.

🧘‍♀️ Time really does fly! We’re wrapping up our focus on building a strong, supported spine next week.

After a two-week half-term break, classes will return with a new seasonal focus — exploring balance, warmth, and grounding as we transition from Autumn to Winter.

Come join us on the mat and move with the rhythm of the seasons.

We managed to dodge the rain putting up the banner on High Street!
