At Twist & Flip, gymnastics is only part of what we do. 💚

Yes, we teach skills. We build strength, confidence and courage. We celebrate the first cartwheel, the new skill and all those little wins along the way.

But at the heart of Twist & Flip is community.

It’s the friendships made between turns. The giggles during warm-ups. The encouragement from a teammate when something feels scary. It’s walking through our doors and knowing there are coaches who know your name, friends who are happy to see you, and a place where you belong.

We want every child who comes to Twist & Flip to leave with more than gymnastics skills. We want them to leave with confidence, memories, friendships and the feeling of being part of something special.

We finished off with a day full of games, challenges, gymnastics and LOTS of fun! The perfect way to end an amazing summer of camps 🥳

🎬✨ LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION! ✨🎬

Our second Hollywood-themed HAF Camp at Grimsby was another absolute BLOCKBUSTER! 🌟🤸‍♀️

The day was packed with gymnastics, stunts, performing, filming and loads of fun, with everyone getting stuck in and bringing some serious Hollywood energy! 🎭🔥

And after all that action, there was time to sit back and enjoy Shrek on the big screen! 💚🍿

So much energy, so many smiles and another brilliant HAF Camp in the books! 🎥💥

Our adults absolutely smashed their session last week! 💚

From back somersaults to working on balance, strength and coordination on beam — there’s always something to challenge yourself with and new skills to build.

But our adult classes are about so much more than just gymnastics. They’re a community, a chance to meet new people, make friends, build confidence and have fun while getting stronger along the way.

Such a brilliant group and such a good atmosphere every week 💚

THURSDAY CAMP WAS FULL OF SMILES! 💚

Another amazing day at our Preston camp! We worked on our strength and jumps, got creative painting sun catchers, played plenty of games and, because of the heat, we HAD to bring back the water balloon fight!!

So much fun, so many laughs and the biggest smiles all day long. We loved every second of it! 💚

A massive thank you to John at for getting it serviced and ready in time for my charity ride up in Scotland! 🚴‍♂️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

I’ve known John for over 23 years, and throughout that time he’s always looked after my bikes and given me brilliant service. I honestly can’t thank him enough for once again going above and beyond to get me sorted in time for the ride. 🙌

If you need your bike servicing, repairing or simply giving a once-over, John is definitely the man to see. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. 👍

I’d also like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has kindly donated to my GoFundMe so far. Your support really does mean a lot to me and is helping make this challenge even more worthwhile. 💚

WEDNESDAY PRESTON CAMP WAS A BLAST! 💚

Our Preston crew brought ALL the energy this week! Cartwheels, handstands, games, crafts and a water balloon fight in the heat to finish it all off — what a day!!

We genuinely loved every second and already can’t wait to do it all again! 💚

We’ve got a couple of spaces left for next Wednesday’s camp… who’s coming to join the fun?!
