We've had a couple of non program weeks. With last week being Mental Health Awareness week we had night of line dancing & games for fun, then this week we had pamper night face masks, nails (clear varnish because of schools) hand massage, towels and pillows to lay on. The girls really enjoyed both nights and went home feeling relaxed, chilled out and pampered

So we've finished this term with a few Easter crafts. Bags that the girls have coloured in themselves, Easter bunnies made of socks filled with rice and of course some yummy chocolate nests with mini eggs.
We hope everyone enjoys their Easter break and we will see you all in a few weeks

We had a lovely afternoon with other units in our Division as we came together to celebrate Thinking Day. The girls took part in a number of activities relating to countries around the world including making bookmarks, worry dolls, sweet pizzas and beaded badges using the colors of the Mexican flag.
A big thank you to all the volunteers who arranged the event, set up the activities and made the event possible

It seems we have neglected this page somewhat so I am going to try to rectify that.
Tonight we had a visit from our local Police Community Support Officer PCSO Andy. He told us about his role within the police force. He also showed us the different parts to his uniform and everything he carries and what it does. The girls were really attentive and engaged in what he had to say. He had a quick quiz at the end of the talk and the girls were very enthusiastic getting all the answers right

How amazing are our Brownies and their parents. We asked them to donate a food item to the Community Centres Food Bank instead of paying subs for this half term. They certainly didn't disappoint and it was gratefully received
