💚 A Family's Heartfelt Thanks to Our Teams
We recently received some wonderful feedback from the family of a patient who was supported by several Care Plus Group services during the final weeks of their life.
The family wanted to recognise the compassionate care and professionalism shown by colleagues across our organisation. They praised staff for working together to ensure their loved one could return home with the right support in place and for providing dignified, person-centred care throughout a very difficult time.
Special thanks were shared for colleagues from our discharge, community nursing, CUCT, RAH and Haven teams, who were described as kind, compassionate, reassuring, dedicated and professional. The family highlighted how staff not only cared for their loved one with dignity and respect but also supported and comforted relatives during an emotional period.
In their feedback, the family said that the expertise, empathy, dedication and kindness shown by colleagues made an enormous difference and helped make an incredibly challenging time more manageable.
They asked for their heartfelt thanks to be passed on to everyone involved, stating that the care and support provided will never be forgotten.
Thank you to the multiple teams involved in delivering exceptional care and support throughout this particular circumstance, we're always so proud to hear our colleagues make the difference.
