East Marsh United, in partnership with Ashden, is looking for a passionate Energy Project Lead to drive our grassroots clean energy transformation in Grimsby!In this role, you will lead procurement and implementation to support 220 low-income households in adopting solar PV, battery storage, and energy-saving technologies.
Key Details:
* Location: East Marsh, Grimsby
* Pay: £16.82/hr
* Contract: Fixed-term (113 days over a 20-month term, starting Dec 2026)

Free to attend – no booking required

For one day, we’re transforming Grimsby Minster into a giant interactive home and inviting the whole community to come inside, explore and help shape what could come next for our town.

There’ll be plenty happening throughout the day, with performances, conversations and creative activities alongside lots of different ways to share your own stories, ideas and ambitions for Grimsby.

Whether you can stay for ten minutes or spend a little longer with us, we want as many people and voices from across our community involved as possible. Bring colleagues, friends or family and simply drop in whenever works for you.

We’d also really appreciate your help spreading the word. Please feel free to forward this invitation or share the event through your social media and wider networks – the more people who get involved, the better picture we can build of what Grimsby wants from its cultural future.

East Marsh United were delighted to get involved with the Cleethorpes Tape2Tape 10K and half Marathon today.

Fantastic turn out from our wonderful community and we all completed the Family Run ( which we walked!!) even little Kyro got his medal🥇 and donut!

We had representation from our tenants and Talking Tuesday group and Peace Choir … just brilliant 👏

Running the 10K for East Marsh United was our amazing Josh Hunter from Bridge McFarland LLP and Mike and Jack (friends of our Holly).

We also had the fantastic help from the glamorous duo Emma and Julie from Bettles, Miles and Holland who raised lots more money for us with the Lucky Dip and Hook a Duck!🦆

We hope today showed Josh and the Bridge McFarland team our gratitude for their support and as a result of everyone’s participation
It looks like EMU are off to the Panto again 🎭…. Oh yes we are!!!!

All ready for the ABP Humber Coastal Half Marathon 10k & Family Fun Run.

🏃‍♀️Some of our families are taking part along with East Marsh United staff which amazing.
