🧡 OCTOBER IS NATIONAL ADHD AWARENESS MONTH! 🧡

ADHD is about so much more than being easily distracted or having lots of energy.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) can affect concentration, organisation, emotional regulation, impulsivity and everyday life. However, ADHD can look different in everyone, and not all experiences are the same.

This October, we're raising awareness, challenging misconceptions and encouraging greater understanding of the people living with ADHD. 🧡

Let's create a community where everyone feels understood, accepted and supported.

💬 What is one thing you wish more people understood about ADHD? Share your thoughts in the comments.
