For hire - building with activity rooms & catering kitchen, camping areas, campfire circle, outdoor pizza ovens & cooking area, archery & r***e ranges & climbing wall. It provides a safe place for activities and camping for Scouts, Guides, schools and other youth organisations. Covering an area of four-and-a-half acres, there is plenty of space for adventure! Facilities on site include:
> Wintringham Centre – a large brick building consisting of a fully fitted kitchen, dining room and activity room. There are no dormitories but with a fully functioning fire alarm system, the hall is able to sleep young people on the floor if needed.
> Loftus Building – our outdoor classroom; providing a good wet weather backup plan, or simply an indoor space for activities.
> Toilet Block – A clean, modern toilet block with WCs and showers.
> Campfire Circle
> On-site Activities
> Camping Field
