Celebrating our CPG Health & Care Ambassadors! 🎉

We were delighted to present Phil, another of our CPG Health & Care Ambassadors with their certificate and badge while attending a recent event promoting careers and opportunities in health and social care.

Last night, our CPG Employability Team had the privilege of attending the HCP Health & Care Excellence Awards and were honoured to be named winners of the Innovation Award 2026 for our People & Skills Pledge Programme! 🎉

This award recognises our commitment to partnership working & investing in people and driving positive change across the health and social care sector. Michelle, our Employability Services Manager, is incredibly proud of the team, their continuous efforts, and this well-deserved recognition!

After spending time away from the sector, Emily joined the People & Skills Pledge programme to refresh her skills and regain confidence in a support worker role.

Through a valuable work placement, Emily was able to gain practical experience and rebuild her confidence in the workplace. The placement ultimately helped Emily secure employment as a support worker, allowing her to return to a career she is passionate about.
