Announcement- our CQC report for our Supported Living Services is in!

🌟 Rated GOOD overall… and OUTSTANDING for Responsive! 🌟
We’re incredibly proud to share our latest rating—GOOD overall, with an OUTSTANDING rating for Responsive 🎉👏

This is a fantastic achievement and a true reflection of how deeply we listen, adapt, and respond to the people we support—putting them at the very heart of everything we do.

Our approach is rooted in truly personalised care and support.
What CQC said……‘People consistently received highly personalised, person-centred care from the provider and staff team who demonstrated an exceptional commitment to promoting independence, choice, and the protection of people’s rights. Staff invested meaningful time in developing strong, trusting relationships with people and their relatives, enabling a deep understanding of what mattered most to each person. A person-focused approach was fully embedded which ensured people were not only supported in their day-to-day lives but were also empowered to pursue their ambitions, achieve their goals, and live fulfilling, self-directed lives’

To our incredible staff team: thank you. Your ongoing commitment, compassion, and creativity are what make achievements like this possible. This Outstanding recognition truly belongs to you.
We’re so proud of this moment—and even more excited for what comes next 🚀

What a wonderful day we had on our first Tilly Boat Trip! 🛥️💙

We spent the day cruising along the canals of Thorne, taking in the beautiful, calming views and enjoying a lovely pub lunch at The New Inn at Stainforth.

Everyone had such a fantastic time, with smiles all round. Our service users took turns wearing the captain’s hat and steering the barge, which went down brilliantly! There was lots of laughter, chatting, and simply enjoying the peaceful scenery from the back of the boat as we watched the world go by.

A huge thank you to the amazing crew, who could not have been more helpful. They shared stories about the history of the boat, showed everyone how to steer, made drinks, and kept us entertained throughout the trip.

Here’s to many more trips like this! 🌿😊

It’s been lovely to see service users across our supported living services getting outside and enjoying some time in the garden. 🌿☀️

With the sun out, everyone has been busy planting, tidying, watering, and making the most of the fresh air.

Well done to everyone who got involved. The gardens are already looking brighter! 🌱🌼

During Mental Health Awareness Week, Team Nurtrio wore green for Wear it Green Day to show our support for mental health and wellbeing.

Across our services, staff, community teams and service users got involved, helping to raise awareness and start positive conversations about mental health. It was a simple but meaningful way to show that mental health matters to us — not just during this week, but every day.

A big thank you to everyone who took part, wore green, donated, or helped spread the message. We’re really proud of the support shown across Nurtrio — and judging by the cheesy grins in the photos, there was plenty of fun had along the way too!

All money raised will be donated to the Mental Health Foundation to support their work in helping more people across the UK look after their mental health.

On Thursday 23rd, Nurtrio marked Dementia Week by welcoming people we support, along with their loved ones, to our office for a special trip down memory lane. 💙

Together, we enjoyed a slideshow of old Grimsby and Cleethorpes, looking back at familiar streets, landmarks and moments from years gone by. It was wonderful to see the photos spark recognition, smiles and conversations, especially for some of those living with dementia.

The room was decorated with lovely bunting, and everyone enjoyed tea, cake and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It was a really special afternoon filled with shared stories, memories and meaningful connection.

Moments like this are a lovely reminder of just how powerful memory, companionship and community can be.

The sunshine finally made an appearance, so the team at Station made the most of it and headed out into the garden! ☀️🌱

With support from staff, Mary-Jo and the team got stuck in with digging, planting and bringing the garden back to life. Flowers were planted first, ready to add some lovely colour, followed by rows of vegetables that will hopefully grow into something tasty and healthy.

There was plenty of teamwork, laughter and a real sense of achievement as the garden started to take shape. Now the waiting begins to see what pops up! 🌸🥕

What a lovely time Sophie had on her holiday to Scarborough! 🌊

Sophie, who we support through our supported living service, headed off with staff members Megan and Melissa, and was joined by her mum, Kate, too. From the smiles, stories and photos, it’s clear that everyone had a fantastic time.

They stayed in a caravan on the holiday site and enjoyed days filled with sightseeing, relaxing and making happy memories together. It’s always wonderful to see people enjoying new experiences with the people who matter most around them.

A brilliant holiday, full of laughter and smiles — roll on next year! ☀️
