Happy New Year!
Following last years success with our BOUNCE: Start ladies sessions we are looking for local businesses to partner with and sponsor us to continue the good work into 2025.

This initiative provides an inclusive, safe and fun environment for ladies that are not active, but want to make a start.

With New Year the time that people want to make positive changes to their busy lives, its a great time to be part of something that can deliver both physical and mental benefits to those involved.

2 Sponsors pledging £250 each would fund weekly 90 min sessions February - April for those involved.

Tommorrow night is sadly our last session of this 8 week Block.

Can't thank Christina O'Donnell Pawsitively Purrfect Pet Services enough for sponsoring these sessions whick have included over 20 women coming along and having a laugh and being more active than they were before in a very safe environment with likeminded ladies..

We have interest from the current group to plan more sessions, and would love to have more ladies join us on a Monday night.

This will only be possible if we can secure some sponsorship from local businesses to support with running costs.

To run 1 x 8 week block of 1hr 30min sessions relies on 2 sponsors @ £250 each.

8 x Sponsors would allow us to plan one 8 week block every calender quarter.
