Well my final day working for Joseph Holt’s after 6 years is tomorrow, I leave with nothing but gratitude as they have given me the opportunity to better myself and start a new career. My new start begins Monday where I learn to drive bigger wagons for GXO delivering to Green King pubs, working as a drayman is a very physical and tough occupation. I know I’ve done it for 25 years now 🍺 it’s always a difficult decision to make a change but hopefully it’s going to be good for me 🙏🏼so please wish me luck

Arriving home I suppose it should be rest time but I can’t resist a few pull-ups along with some more press-ups 😅 work hard , train hard , eat food and go to bed early 😬🤣🤣
