🌼 A Community Reminder About Our Property Bins 🌼
Hi neighbors,
I hope you’re all doing well. I wanted to share a quick reminder that helps keep our area respectful and comfortable for everyone.
We’ve now had a second incident where on this occasion kitten waste and towels have placed in the bins on our private property. Both times, this was captured on our CCTV so we do know who it is so without naming and shaming we understand things happen, but our bins aren’t for public use, and disposing of any items sensitive or not puts us in an awkward position.
To help maintain a considerate and tidy environment for all, we kindly ask that our bins not be used for any personal waste. If anyone needs help finding the right disposal options, we’re more than happy to point you in the right direction.
As a final note, you may have noticed that the clothing banks have been removed. This is due to an increase in theft from similar banks in the area. We want to avoid this happening on our site, as it could leave us with additional cleanup costs that we would prefer not to incur.
